The opportunity has arisen to join the team within Neurosciences/OMFS ITU/HDU in the Institute of Neurological Sciences, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The ward provides level 3 care for a wide range of Neuroscience and OMFS services including trauma, neurology, neurosurgery, neuroradiology interventional procedures and patients requiring major Oral Maxillo Facial surgery. You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care, continuing professional development, an understanding of our service, and the specific needs of our patients (or a commitment to learn and develop these skills). You will demonstrate flexibility, and a willingness to participate in service progression and growth. The ability to work effectively in a team is essential. A competency based education programme is in place to support your development. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC and that you have relevant clinical experience. The shift pattern for this post is 12 hr rotational shifts.
