To provide comprehensive and effective administration and secretarial support within the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department. You will be working with in a team of administrative and secretarial staff and will provide a comprehensive audio typing service to the medical teams within the hospital. The post-holder will be able to type clinics letters, non clinic and discharge letters via digital dictation system. It is essential to have knowledge of Microsoft word and significant experience within a similar role. And will also be required to assist the department with the co-ordination of all aspects of the obstetric and gynecology waiting lists as required. The hours of this post is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
