To work within the nursing and multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of care to a defined patient group. You may be asked to participate in rotation across sites. You will competently perform the necessary technical/invasive/physical aspects of care for this defined patient group. You will work in collaboration with the Senior Charge Nurse and fellow colleagues . You will provide clinical leadership for the assessment patient needs, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care which are evidence based. You will maintain patient records in line with NMC guidelines for records and record keeping. You will be a Registered Adult Nurse with relevant post registration experience and current NMC Registration. The shift pattern for this post will be as per your rosta.
