An opportunity has arisen to work within a busy General Surgical ward in the above hospital. The post involves working within the multi-professional team in the wards and you should have the ability to competently perform the necessary technical, invasive and physical aspects of care for this defined group, to ensure the delivery of high quality care. You will be a Registered Nurse trained in general nursing and adult nursing (Project 2000) with relevant clinical experience, an interest in General Surgery and have evidence of continued professional development. Previous experience is advantageous.
Shift pattern is rotational and will consist of a variable shift pattern working a mixture of Early/Late/12 hour shifts.
