We have an exciting position available to join us as a Clinical Team Leader for the Primary Care and Community Services department. As a Team Leader you will provide Clinical Leadership & Operational Management primarily in order to support; the Community Care & Treatment Service (CTAC) team, the phlebotomy service; the district nursing serice and the out of hours nursing wirthin Renfrewshire Community Health Partnership. You will support the Locality Service Manager to manage the effective deployment of nursing resources and support caseload management and supervision.
You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the service; working with and supporting District Nurse, CTAC and Phlebotomy Services to deliver effectively; sickness/absence management, statuory training, appraisal, personal development planning, employee capacity management, rotas, recruitment and induction programmes. In the role you will also deal with patient complaints and provide regular reviews of the nursing teams and caseload based on clinical policies. You will be required to work at a high level of autonomy and identify your own needs meaning being able to recognise when you need support is important. This is a permenant 37.5 hour per week post with shifts running 5 out of 7 days. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC and you should have a current driving license.
