You will be responsible for delivering aspects of the Strategic Plan within the HSCP and ensuring the implementation of defined oral health improvement work streams in line with the Oral Health Directorate themes, Scottish Government priorities and local oral health needs. You are required to provide oral health improvement expertise and advice to develop colleagues/partners/communities and clients capacity to promote health and reduce health inequalities.  You will have delegated responsibility for a range of oral Health Improvement work areas within the HSCP. You will be responsible for establishing and sustaining links with key partners and stakeholders to effect change.  You should have an HND or equivalent in a relevant oral health qualification i.e. HND Oral Health care or Certificate in Oral Health Education and have experience of working in a relevant topic or skills based area, e.g. oral health, early years, child care.  The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
