Locum Consultant Microbiologist
Applications are invited for the above post in Microbiology in NHS Lanarkshire, based at University Hospital Monklands. This post is to provide Microbiology and Infection Prevention/Control services.
The appointee will be part of a 6-strong team (4.6WTE Consultants and 0.6 Specialty Doctor) and will be expected to contribute in full to an expanding service in Microbiology and Infection Prevention/Control. Flexibility in delivery of the service is essential and it is expected that appointees will be able to operate inter changeably on different hospital sites if required to do so. NHSL Consultants in Microbiology provide a 24/7Out-of-Hours service to the Board area.
