As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be expected to work as part of a multi disciplinary team to provide safe effective, patient centred care. The post holder will possess excellent assessment, communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of mental and physical health assessment and risk assessment as well as knowledge of mental health legislation. The post holder will help drive local and national practice developments and demonstrate a commitment to providing a positive experience for those persons who require Inpatient care.
