Chef

• Working as part of a team and based at Royal Victoria Hospital Dundee, you will assist in the production and service of meals within the Hospitals in Dundee, to patients, staff and visitors whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Three years previous experience in a Catering environment is essential, as is a good knowledge of work procedures, practices & equipment through experience and professional qualifications to SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
•  The posts include shifts between 06:00 and 17:30 and alternate weekend work on a rota basis.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
