Job Advert

This is a part time post and the salary will be pro-rata and fixed term until 30 April 2021.  The post holder will be a Registered Nurse who will support the community nursing service in the delivery of the highest quality of health care and be responsible and accountable for providing skilled nursing interventions. They will ensure a person centered approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy.  The post holder will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality and effective care service to all age groups in the community, by working in partnership with patients, care providers and other agencies.


Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration; have excellent team working skills with ability to work using own initiative; effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people and as part of a multi-disciplinary team; excellent time management skills; basic IT skills.
