An opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to work within the Community Nursing Team in the West Division based initially with the New Park district nursing team.
You will have excellent communication and clinical decision making skills and a knowledge of community nursing and an interest in providing high quality patient centered care. Previous community nursing experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training and induction will be given. A flexible approach to working within the community and an interest in caring for patients in their own home is required.
This post includes participation in the weekend rota. To help meet the needs of the service you maybe required to work within the Evening Nursing Team and across the West Division District Nursing Service.
An ability to travel independently throughout the area is essential.
