Shift Pattern- Monday - Friday


To work as part of the multi-disciplinary Health Visitor team to support initiatives in the community, taking a holistic approach to promoting general health and well being under the guidance of Registered Nurses.

Provide clinical and clerical support in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.


Applying candidates must have:


SVQ III in Healthcare or working towards or equivalent working in the role.

Ability to work with people and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

Ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Proficient IT skills which including a working of microsoft packages.
