BAND 4 ASSISTANT PHYSIOTHERAPY PRACTITIONER ELDERLY MEDICINE UHW


Plese note this is a fixed term post till 01/0//2021


An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to join the Physiotherapy team within University Hospital Wishaw.

You will be an integral part of a supportive department and will be expected, under supervision, to manage a designated caseload within the elderly medicine wards, day hospital and community as required. With training, you will play a key role within the multi-disciplinary team, assessing and treating patients, leading discharge planning and ensuring all clinical and non-clinical related administration is completed timeously and to the required standard.

An inclusive team approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your time effectively is essential.

Appropriate support will be provided to develop staff joining the physiotherapy team.
