To provide reception service for patients in the Out of Hours service, ensuring that all calls are dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner.
Applying candidates must have:
Excellent communication skills including good telephone manner.
Good computer Skills.
Able to work under pressure
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to shift coverage.
A good standard of education and common sense.
Previous NHS Service experience preferred
