An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, suitably experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy team at Raigmore Hospital. The post will involve providing a high quality Occupational Therapy services across the acute medical wards within Raigmore Hospital, Inverness.
The post holder will provide comprehensive OT assessments and interventions to help maximise client function and independence, focussing predominantly on complex discharge management, inpatient rehabilitation, management of frailty and the provision of equipment and adaptations.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and team working skills in this post.
The post holder will provide clinical supervision for junior and support staff and take an active role in Practice Placement Education.
Regular clinical supervision is provided and opportunities for ongoing professional development are encouraged.
A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy is required as is current HCPC registration.
A full current driving licence is an advantage.
