We are looking to recruit a number of people on permanent contracts.
As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care, and / or the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients.
Assessment of presenting conditions, initiation of investigations, determination of differential diagnosis, initiate treatment and where appropriate discharge patients.
Registered Nurse with current revalidation and NMC Registration.
Educated to/working towards/operating at Degree Level.
Graduate Certificate in Urgent Care or Equivalent
H@H Major / Minor Injury practitioner / or Emergency Nurse Practitioner qualification
