An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of anaemia charge nurse within the Tayside Pre-assessment Service. The vacancy is a key specialist nurse role, covering pre-assessment clinics across NHS Tayside.
The post holder will have responsibility for the management caseload/client group within an integrated pre-assessment service, ensuring the care needs are assessed and appropriate treatments prescribed, delivered and monitored.
Clinical expertise, knowledge and practical experience in the nursing care of a surgical patient is essential for this post. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate they have both the leadership qualities and organisational skills to manage a defined caseload. A non medical prescribing qualification is also desirable.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register.
