We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses for our rehabilitation wards within Cameron and adult inpatient unit at Randolph Wemyss Hospitals. We are looking for nurses who wish to develop skills in these specialties.  The experience available to you in Medicine of the Elderly is defined within a specialist competency framework which will enable you to develop a range of skills; behaviors and knowledge to care for and support older people and where appropriate their relatives and carers. All qualities that are transferrable to many care settings and other inpatient specialties.

As part of our nursing teams, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high quality patient centered care within our wards, with support from the Charge Nurses and Senior Charge Nurses. You will play a key role in promoting and delivering best practice and influencing the staff team to ensure that standards of care are set and maintained.

Key requirements: - Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or RN - Current NMC registration - Evidence of  leadership skills - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Ability to build positive professional relationships at all levels - Ability to prioritise work - Ability to adapt to change and respond positively to non-routine situations - Committed to continuous personal learning & development.

As a member of our teams you will work closely with other disciplines in as part of the wider MDT in providing the best outcomes for our patients.
