This post is based at Rutherglen Health Centre and covers Camglen Locality.


The post holder assists the Health Visiting Team and contributes to the work of the Public Health Agenda through participation in the Health Improvement process, assessment of health needs and provision of planned care to individual families or groups within school and wider communities. 


The successful candidate must be a registered nurse with valid NMC registration.  They should possess excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative.  Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people as part of a multi-disciplinary team are essential.  The successful candidate must demonstrate good time management and basic IT skills.
