The West Ross Salaried Practices provide medical care to Torridon and Applecross and the surrounding areas. There are approximately 900 patients registered with the practices in total. It employs 3 GP’s, 2.6 WTE Nursing Support and 5 reception/dispensary admin staff.
All the practices provide a dispensing service. You will be responsible for the administration, management and development of the practices in line with the vision shared by the practice and the Operational Division in delivering health care for the local population. To act as a focal point for the practice teams on all matters relating to the running of the practices and to keep doctors abreast of forthcoming changes in the NHS.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the efficient, effective and safe management of the Practices and their finances, and ensure the well being of the patients, doctors and staff.
