An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Nurse Team Lead within Inverclyde Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service (ADRS).

The post holder will be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team having responsibility for clinical nurse leadership within the Day Service element of the service. The post holder will contribute to the ongoing team development to fulfil the key functions of ADRS including implementation and delivery of local and national guidelines for example, The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards and Greater Glasgow and Clyde (GG&C) Alcohol Recovery Pathway.

The post holder will be responsible for the safe and effective deployment and management of the nursing resource within the team, ensuring robust risk assessment/risk management, implementation of complex programmes of care using strength-based recovery focus approach that proactively involves the person and optimises self-management across the service.
