We currently have 2 vacancies for IT Service Desk Analysts to work in the IT Service Desk within NHS Grampian’s department of eHealth. You will be responsible for providing telephone and email support to internal clients at all levels and therefore must possess a polite, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills. You will be required to answer telephone calls in a timely manner, provide 1st/2nd line support and log incidents appropriately depending on the severity, ensuring customers are kept informed of the current progress and SLA’s adhered to. The post holder will also provide support to our team's Junior Analyst's.
Applicants will be confident, enthusiastic and possess excellent customer service and telephone skills, along with good IT knowledge, suiting someone from a Technical IT background who is able to work under pressure, and ideally has some relevant IT Service Desk experience.
