An new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join the salaried GP Practice teams in Caithness. Riverbank in Thurso, Riverview in Wick and the Lybster Medical Centre are busy friendly Practices with a varied clinical workload based in the stunning North Highlands of Scotland.


We are looking for an Advanced Mental Health Nurse to complement our multi disciplinary teams, including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Primary Care Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Advanced Physiotherapists , Practice Nurses, Dispensers  and Clinical Support Staff across the 3 Practices.  This is a diverse and challenging role so considerable post registration experience is required. Primary care experience is desirable but not essential and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate ongoing self-motivated commitment to continued professional development.

This is a full-time permanent post, to be worked flexibly, Monday to Friday within Practice opening hours of 8am - 6pm and working between the 3 different sites in accordance with service requirements.
