The shift pattern for this post is Monday- Sunday 08:30-16:30

We are looking for a highly motivated compassionate leader to lead and coordinate the day to day activity within a community midwifery setting.
The applicant will be responsible for promoting safety and excellence by being the clinical expert, coordinating care and liaising with the wider multidisciplinary team. Working alongside the Lead Midwife to deliver the key objectives of the NHS GGC Maternity Strategy.
You will be required to have excellent leadership, managerial and communication skills in line with NHS GGC values.

NHS GGC covers a population of 1,370,000 and provide care for 12000 women each year. We have 3 maternity hospitals with AMU’s and 2 Community Maternity Units and Homebirth team and employ 920 full and part time staff in a range of clinical and nonclinical roles across all 5 sites.
