AW 2087 Inpatient Services Manager - Inpatient Mental Health Nursing

The role of the postholder is to provide leadership and take operational management responsibility for the delivery of inpatient services and all hospital-based clinically related activity to ensure the delivery of HSCP objectives working closely with Community Service Managers and Health and Social Care partners, to maintain links with community based services to ensure that integration is maintained between in-patients and local services provided within the HSCPs

Working closely with the Professional Nurse Advisor and senior management team the post holder will agree priorities for the development of nursing and AHP input, and provide pro-active guidance, advice and professional leadership to all staff.

This post will be based at Gartnavel Royal Hospital and interview date is set for 1^st November 2019. The hours of this post will be worked Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
