We are currently seeking a Senior Cook, to be based at Caithness General Hospital, to lead, supervise and organise the catering staff. While ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with NHS Highland Food Safety Assurance Manual, with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, Food, Fluid and Nutritional Care Standards & Waste Regulations. Applicants should have access to personal transport, a professional Catering qualification and REHIS Elementary. Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification would be desirable or willingness to work towards.
We offer a full comprehensive induction and training package.
This is a permanent 37.5 hour post to be worked over 5 days to cover a 7 day rota.
