This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. We are looking for highly motivated physiotherapist to join our DCN physiotherapy team.

Candidates must demonstrate clinical experience of assessing and treating patients with Acute and Chronic Neurological conditions. Acute inpatient experience within surgical neurology is also required. Previous Band 6 experience would be desirable.

Ability to prioritise and discharge plan for a wide range of presentations is essential, as is clarity of communication and well-demonstrated organisational skills. Experience of supervision and teaching to students and support staff is essential and experience of supervision and teaching Band 5 staff is desirable.

Therapy Services support staff development through appraisal process, supervision and CPD opportunities.

There is a regular weekend and overnight on-call commitment.
