Applications are invited for the above post working as part of the Child Health Administration team within Glenwood Health Centre, Glenrothes.
You will provide full secretarial and clerical support to the Paediatrician and School Nursing Team thereby ensuring the smooth running of services. Duties will include typing of reports / letters from digital transcription, inputting patient information on NHS systems, filing and maintenance of school records and general administrative and clerical duties as required.
Excellent communication, IT and time management skills are essential for this post as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team.
Working with a small team of admin colleagues you will also be expected to be flexible and provide cover as required for colleagues and the NHS Fife reception desk.
Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
