What you'll do 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative team within NES Pharmacy for two days a week on a temporary basis up to March 2021. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with an interest in educational initiatives to expand their career experience.

This role will involve working within the Foundation Training workstream to support the Practice Educators and the Principal Lead in the development and implementation of the cross – sector Pharmacist Foundation Training programme. You will have working knowledge of the Pharmacist Foundation Training framework, good interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise your workload to meet the demands of the various stakeholders. You will be highly motivated with a desire to support the further implementation of this  workstream. You will work closely with members of the NES team, community pharmacists, hospital and primary care pharmacists. 


What you'll bring  

You will be a qualified Pharmacist with a Masters’ degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.  You will ideally have passed the NES Foundation Training programme. You should be member of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain

Please note that travel across Scotland is a business as usual requirement of this role and may require overnight stays (currently on hold due to covid-19 response).
