An opportunity has arisen for a eESS & Jobtrain System Support & Training Officer to join the national HR Systems (eESS & Jobtrain) team.
eESStylesS provides NHS Scotland with a single national HR system covering all employee and workforce information including training, employee relations, employee management, and reporting. Jobtrain provides NHS Scotland with a single national digital recruitment system covering all stages in the recruitment process.
The function of the eESS & Jobtrain System Support & Training Officer will focus on support to the individual work streams tasked with supporting the continuous development, support and maintenance of eESS & Jobtrain national systems, to NHS Scotland.
A large requirement of the role is to deliver training and support to key stakeholders across all 22 NHS health boards in Scotland, and provide operational support in respect of system queries. The role will involve travel around NHS Scotland as required.
