service to the practice team. Manage day-to-day workload of the secretaries, administration and clerical
team, organising workload to meet practice objectives. Act as the first point of contact for patients and
other stakeholders contacting the Practice with more complex enquiries, portraying the Practice in the
highest possible professional basis.
