This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take a lead within West Lothian HSCP to develop a new service to support people affected by cancer.  Educated to degree level with strong project management experience, you will, along with the Programme Manager support the planning, development and on-going monitoring of the Pan-Lothian ICJ service. 

The role is one of four 12 month fixed term appointments and offers a unique opportunity to work with a range of partners across health and social care, local authority, third sector and users and carers. 

Your role: 

Support the implementation of the local ICJ service within the HSCP using a range of management and improvement tools where appropriate

Lead on key aspects of work, including user involvement, building relationships, developing pathways and referral routes, communications

Contribute to the development of the Pan-Lothian programme, involving health and social care professionals, Local Authority, users, carers and wider public and third sector colleagues
