A vacancy has arisen for an Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join our team at NHS Golden Jubilee. The scale of change and the future ambitions of NHS Golden Jubilee make this an exciting time to join our organisation.


You will be working in a team the provides a highly customer focused corporate Learning and Organisational Development service and you will play a key role in the delivery of our OD consultancy service.


As an OD Consultant you will be required to:


  • Provide OD advice, support and challenge to enable change leaders to deliver organisational change, whilst also supporting staff readiness and engagement with change.
  • Lead on organisational wide OD priorities such as staff experience, values and culture, leadership, team improvement and wellbeing.
  • Plan, design, implement and evaluate a range of innovative OD solutions to support team and organisational needs.
  • You will have demonstrable organisational development experience operating at a senior level, and have supported organisations, teams and individuals with the impact of change.  You will also have knowledge and demonstrable experience of coaching practice.


It is essential that you have highly developed facilitation and presentation skills and high levels of self-awareness. You must also have demonstrable skills in effective communication, influencing and relationship building and in managing conflict resolution.


You should be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have a master’s level qualification in a related OD discipline/or experience that demonstrates that level of Organisational Development knowledge and expertise.
