We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Acute Admissions Ward at Caithness General Hospital. All acute medical and surgical admissions are received through the Rosebank Ward. This is an exciting opportunity, at a time of continuing quality improvement and redesign. The successful candidates will be expected to assist in personal care duties for their patients and ensure that they receive a high standard of nursing care. They should be interested in developing themselves in the caring profession and extending their skills and knowledge. Previous caring experience is desirable.
This is a part-time post of 28.50 hours per week, working a rotational day/night duty contract as required, covering a 7-day rota, including weekends. This post is fixed term for up to 1st August 2021, covering a period of maternity leave.
