This new post offers an exciting opportunity to play a role in a vital section of the Heath Service. As a Donor Services Collection Support Officer you will provide vital support to our Collection Programme and Collection Teams.
We are recruiting an enthusiastic, motivated, flexible person to undertake this challenging and interesting post. The post is based within the Edinburgh Donor Centre, Lauriston Place, Edinburgh
Candidates must be educated to higher grade or demonstrate equivalent experience. We are looking for an individual who has excellent organisational and administrative skills. You must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to multitask and be able to work under pressure. You must possess a good working knowledge of Word and Excel. A good eye for detail is essential. Previous healthcare and customer service experience would be required.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG Scheme Disclosure Scotland check. Any candidate who have lived/worked overseas for more than 12 months in the preceding 5 years will also be required to provide a criminal record check from the appropriate overseas agency.
