Programme Management Services (PgMS) is one of the largest and fastest growing centres of excellence in portfolio, programme and project management in Scotland.  We provide specialist change services to the NHS and wider public sector and are looking for a number of experienced Project Support Officers to support the delivery of a range of exciting and innovative change initiatives.  In PgMS we work in partnership with our clients across a range of programmes and projects to solve problems, co-design and co-deliver transformational change and improve outcomes.  Our work spans diverse areas such as blood transfusion, laboratory and diagnostic services and mental health, from Inverness to the Borders.

We offer employees a very competitive benefits package which supports you to balance life with work, as well as a generous pension scheme and discounts on leisure and shopping experiences.  We also provide excellent training and learning opportunities, plus employee support services.

The successful candidates will be professional, confident, self motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills.  You will bring the ability to prioritise and forward plan your workload to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality service in a busy changing environment.

Knowledgeable in co-ordinating all project phases you will be able to demonstrate recent experience and success of working within a project office environment. Experience of supporting workshops and delivering training would also be beneficial for this role.
