We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Clinical Psychologist to a permanent post within NHS Forth Valley’s Forensic Clinical Psychology Service. This post will be part of a multidisciplinary team with the low secure service for women.  This post presents an exciting opportunity to be involved in this established service while also being part of a wider Forensic Clinical Psychology team.  

The postholder will be responsible for the provision of highly specialised psychological assessment and treatment, as well as consultation and joint working within the multi-disciplinary team.   The post is likely to involve staff training and supervision of other professionals.  The post holder will also take on the lead role for developing a psychological therapies strategy across the Bellsdyke site.  Candidates must have a Post Graduate Doctoral level (or equivalent) degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, and be registered with the HCPC.
