Programme Management Services (PgMS) is one of the largest and fastest growing centres of excellence in portfolio, programme and project management in Scotland. We provide specialist change services to the NHS and wider public sector and are looking for a number of experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of a range of exciting and innovative change initiatives. In PgMS we work in partnership with our clients across a range of programmes and projects to solve problems, co-design and co-deliver transformational change and improve outcomes. Our work spans diverse areas such as blood transfusion, laboratory and diagnostic services and mental health, from Inverness to the Borders.

Successful candidates will be professional with a client-focused approach, bring proven experience of project management and have worked with a range of methodologies and approaches to deliver projects to time and within scope. You will have a natural aptitude for solving problems as well as engaging and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholder interests. Experience of working with projects that are part of a wider Programme would be advantageous, as would line management skills.
Please note that unless there are exceptional circumstances, successful candidates will start on the salary scale minimum.
