We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our great team here at the Migdale Hospital in Sutherland.
As a Community Hospital Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing a person centred approach to care-giving with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team being essential.
As a team, our aim is to provide highest standards of patient care through assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the needs and goals of our patients. We work very closely with our dedicated MDT.
This Community Hospital in the heart of Sutherland, only 40 minutes from the Highland capital, is a hive of activity and you are welcomed as part of our strong team who are fully committed to delivering person centred care for our patients who often have complex care needs. The role is varied and very rewarding, you will also be supported through individualised personal development opportunities.

These are various part or full-time fixed term posts, working a rotational contract, covering a 7-day rota, in order to meet service requirements.
