An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of Support Services staff within the catering department covering all sites in Fife.
This post is fixed term for 6 months and worked 5 days over 7.
Main duties are maintaining a clean safe working environment for the delivery of the catering service, covering duties within the main kitchens as required, this would include handling cash and serving within the staff dining rooms and basic food preparation.
An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate and previous experience of working within a large scale catering environment is essential. You should be willing to undertake a flexible working pattern to cover for annual leave / sickness if required.
You will be required to work within any of our catering departments around Fife. This post may involve weekend work, the earliest start would be 7am and the latest finish 7.30pm.
