Due to retirement an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Chronic Pain Management Team within North Highland to support the delivery of the service and be instrumental in the development of a sustainable model going forward.
The clinical nurse manager role is a key part and lead of this service to ensure a high standard of evidence based patient care is delivered. This role has a clinical and managerial role, which allows the successful candidate to continue to deliver direct patient care.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the multi disciplinary team and lead on the development of the service across organisational and professional boundaries, including third sector, locally, regionally and nationally.
We are seeking a RGN with expert level of knowledge and experience of working in the specialised field of pain management.
This is a permanent 37.5 hours post, to be worked flexibly to meet service requirements.
The post covers NHS Highlands and travel will be required; therefore a full current driving licence is essential.
