We are currently looking for 2 Operations Assistants to join our team based at Marischal Square, Aberdeen. One post is for 37.5 hours; the other is for 27.5 hours.
As a vital part of NHSScotland, NHS National Services Scotland’s purpose is to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Scotland, by providing solutions to support and deliver public services.
You will be responsible for processing GP Practice patient registrations, transferring medical records and recording childhood immunisations/assessments, as well as undertaking routine clerical tasks to support general medical practitioners and the public. This will mean dealing with queries from GP Practices and the public by telephone/email throughout the day.
An effective team worker, you will possess Microsoft Office skills and telephone experience and will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills together with a high degree of accuracy. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is essential.
