Salary – Band 8a (Annex 21)

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to a 0.7WTE post providing psychology input to the Older People’s service. The post will provide a great opportunity to be part of a team of Psychological Therapists offering specialist psychological interventions to a range of clients and carers, as well as providing psychology provision to multi disciplinary teams.   In addition to therapeutic work and neuropsychological assessments there will also be opportunities for service development. Formal training in clinical supervision is a key requirement as is experience of providing consultancy and training to other professionals.   This post will require occasional travel, so the ability to travel across NHS Forth Valley is essential.  The department provides a friendly and supportive environment in which to work.
