Job Description The team at ORU are a friendly welcoming team who are looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 Staff Nurse to join them. A genuine interest in working within the rehabilitation service is essential. The post is a day and night shift rotational post and the successful candidate will have an allocated member of staff to assist and supervise them within their initial induction period. The ward is flexible and would be willing to discuss hours etc.
Good communication skills, an ability to plan and prioritise your workload and being committed to delivering excellent standards of care to meet service delivery needs are a must.
The Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Unit is a 24 bedded unit for male and female patient’s aged 16 upwards, who require Rehabilitation after sustaining a musculoskeletal injury.
