An exciting opportunity has been created due to the expansion of our established Community Children’s Nursing team. This is a busy service with a diverse Fife wide caseload and we are now looking for a flexible staff nurse to join the team.
The new Staff Nurse post will support the CCNs in delivering high quality safe and effective nursing care in a variety of settings across the community including within the home, Schools and Nurseries, and Community Hubs, and there will be a requirement to travel throughout Fife.
You must be a registered children’s nurse with post registration experience of working with children and young people within an acute or community setting. Previous experience of working with children and young people with complex health needs would be advantageous. Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a wide multiagency team are essential.
You will be given appropriate training required to undertake this role and benefit from working alongside a team of experienced and knowledgeable staff. Opportunities for ongoing professional development will be available.
