NHS Golden Jubilee is a Special Health Board that has traditionally supported NHS Scotland to deliver Heart and Lung services, both locally and nationally, and to provide high volume elective surgery. As with all Health Boards, NHS Golden Jubilee adapted the care that was supported during the Surge phase of COVID-19. Now that it is Recovery that we are all concentrating on, the hospital has been asked to work differently.
As a Green (COVID light) hospital site, the Golden Jubilee Hospital will support NHS Scotland to deliver a wide range of cancer surgery and other life sustaining surgery, whilst also resuming our elective surgery programmes. To support this the hospital has accelerated its expansion plans and created new divisional team to support patient activity.
This role is Assistant Administrator within in our newly created cross divisional team and is an exciting time to be part of team as we implement new systems.
