An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Endoscopy team at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working Registered Nurse to become a Senior Charge Nurse to lead the team.

The Endoscopy Nurses are committed to providing high quality care in a modern purpose built Endoscopy Department.  

You will be able demonstrate experience of leadership and management and experience in endoscopy or similar outpatient department

A high level of interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential.  You must demonstrate an appetite for life-long learning and able to provide evidence of your professional development. 

In Assuring Care you will have the knowledge and skill to ensure the highest quality care for patients, families and carers.  You will be able to demonstrate the evidence base for providing high quality care and you will have an understanding of quality improvement methodology. 

The candidate must be looking to contribute significantly to the development of the Endoscopy service in Forth Valley as well as developing staff through support and education.  The candidate will also be expected to lead surveillance, audit and excellence in care.
