Programme Management Services (PgMS) is one of the largest and fastest growing centres of excellence in portfolio, programme and project management in Scotland. We are a national provider of specialist transformation services to the NHS and wider public sector.
We are seeking an International Engagement Manager to join our International Engagement Team within PgMS. The Team delivers international engagement activities in support of Scotland’s digital health and care agenda on behalf of the Scottish Government’s Technology Enabled Care and Digital Healthcare Innovation Division.
The successful candidate will have a varied and challenging role, working with international stakeholders to secure new opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration and funding to support Scotland’s digital health and care innovation agenda.
You will be responsible for the delivery of specific activities and projects within the International Engagement Action Plan, focussed on the development and delivery of knowledge exchange and learning opportunities for Scottish and international digital health and care stakeholders. You will be expected to deliver to tight deadlines and have the ability to work well under pressure.
You should be a highly organised individual, with experience and credibility in the field of digital health and care; excellent people and communication skills; and be capable of working with stakeholders at senior government levels. You should have also extensive experience of working with international networks and EU funded projects.
