1 Year Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity
This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced specialist learning and development manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective and efficient learning and development policies and plans which support the NSS Workforce Strategy.
The focus of the role is to provide highly specialist learning and development advice and best practice solutions (including digital and blended learning approaches) across the organisation, and will manage the delivery of corporate learning, development and education initiatives and programmes to support delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives, managing a team of 4.
Any candidate who has lived/worked overseas for more than 12 months in the preceding 5 years will also be required to provide a criminal record check from the appropriate overseas agency.
