We are a well established team providing treatment for adults aged 18 years and above, who experience a range of organic and or functioning mental health conditions.
You will be expected to deliver treatment which is evidenced based in a safe, effective and person centred way. You will also be expected to manage a caseload and be involved in quality improvement projects. You will also be expected to be involved in crisis work.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is key to a well functioning, supportive, motivated and dynamic team. We offer CPD throughout the year which you will be encouraged to participate in, there is also scope for you to be involved in any special interests you may have. Due to current covid-19 restrictions we are carry out some CPD over teams. You will be offered regular clinical and managerial supervision and may be required to provide supervision for junior staff members.

The post is based in Garden Hill Primary Care Centre in Castle Douglas and covers the Stewartry and Wigtownshire locality, therefore a full driving license is required.
